  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of the date of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Underwear, swimwear, and socks.
  • Any custom-made or personalized products.

3. How to Return an Item

If you would like to return an item, please follow these simple steps:

  2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item back.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring it is properly protected during transit.
  4. Ship the item back to the designated return address provided by our team. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return conditions. If the item is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will assist you with a replacement or full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.

7. Late Returns

We can only accept returns within the 14-day return window. Unfortunately, returns made after the 14-day period will not be accepted.
